The evolution in advertising investment in Spain is bullish again

After the recession caused by Covid-19, advertising investment is recovering its pace, according to data published by InfoAdex referring to the last decade.

Advertising investment in Spain grew by 4.7% in 2022 compared to the same figure for 2021, reaching 12,214 million euros this past year, as reported by InfoAdex.

This data confirms the 7.8% growth that occurred in 2021 compared to 2020 and this already shows that a favorable evolution is taking place in these years and a recovery is also taking place after the pandemic.

The start of the Covid meant that advertising investment in Spain decreased from 2019 to 2020 by 18% and, although in 2021 and 2022 the 13,129 million that were invested in 2019 or the 13,231 in 2018 have not yet been reached, the trend is bullish and heading towards that scenario.
